The focus of the project was the transformation of the former Sandvik Futura area into a multifunctional district, regenerating the entire urban space with a commercial plaza that opens up to the neighborhood.
The coordination, which involved all disciplines, was crucial to the success of the project. Particularly complex elements, such as facades, curved roofs, and steel structures, required immense patience and meticulous attention to detail.
The large warehouse preserves its original rhythm, respecting the architectural forms characterized by barrel vaults on the roof. Natural light is brought inside through three large landscaped courtyards.
Our work began with the preliminary design, which we translated into an executive plan and subsequently into a construction plan.
